Ugh it’s the worst. I used apple cider vinegar with honey, drank hot water with lemon, honey and ginger and I did sinus rinses like 3x a day. The sinus rinses definitely helped clear everything up super quick! I swear by them.

The list my doctor gave me had like sudafed, regular mucinex nothing extra or with dm in it, benadryl, nasal spray, and something else. Unfortunately I wound up having a bad sinus infection for the past two weeks and just got antibiotics yesterday. I feel a lot better too. I thought it was just normal pregnancy rhinitis but it wasn't😩😩
