I've had a FWB relationship with one of my best guy friends for over a year now. I've had feelings for a while but we've never discussed them. He's made statements before about how he's a terrible person to be in a relationship with because he's just got too much going on in his own life. Which he does. He is the Executive Director of a large organization so he's got a very demanding job. I get it. But I want more.

Any advice? Should I bring it up and at least see how he feels? I mean, we're really close so I don't think it would be too awkward to discuss, I just don't think I'm prepared for the disappointment if he's not interested...
