Prenatal vitamins during TTC??

Should I be taking prenatal vitamins while TTC? Will it though anything off or help

Yes you should be taking a prenatal vitamin, it’s recommend to start one at least 3 months before becoming pregnant. So start now! Make sure it has iron in them. If you’re not out in the sun much and have darker skin, you should also take a vitamin d supplement

Like others said, you should take them when TTC, preferably starting beforehand. The biggest thing is the folic acid as it will help to prevent neural tube defects. It does not, however, increase your fertility.
