So on New Year’s <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a> there was lots of fireworks in my neighborhood. My mom, sister and I went to the porch to watch and as I went back inside a stray dog ran super fast in to our home. We didn’t know what else to do so we put him in our bathroom with food and water. We took pics of him and posted them all over Facebook, checked to make sure he is chipped, and even walked him around the block to see if he would lead us to his house. But we haven’t heard anything. Our bathroom is very small and our house is only 1 1/2 bath so we only have one shower. So we put him in our garage with a doggy door. Some nights I have put him back in the bathroom because I feel like it’s to cold. The low is 34 over night where we live. We have him in the garage with a crate and lots of blankets. We don’t want to take him to the shelter because he will be put down if he isn’t picked up within 14 days. We’re at a loss. He pees everywhere or else we’d let him run freely around the house. We can’t really use our bathroom because it’s small and he’s huge. I’m also 20 weeks pregnant so I’m getting up to pee multiple times a night and he jumps all over me any time I go to the bathroom so it’s just too much. So my question is do any of you have “outside dogs”? He is in the garage so he does have shelter but I still feel bad and don’t know what to do. :(
