Too early to test?

Our condom broke Xmas day, I had irregular periods before my first baby so I didn’t find out until I was about 4-5 weeks but my tell tale symptom was sore breasts.

I breastfeed so it’s more likely that but from day 1 I’ve had no breast or nipple pain - until now (started yesterday). I also feel pretty crampy

It’s been 11 days since we had sex, it’s too early to do a test isn’t it and symptoms dont start that early do they? I’m worried because I can’t handle another pregnancy so soon
