Swollen uterus after miscarriage

I had a miscarriage starting on December 30th and am still having bleeding with small clots coming out. My uterus seems really swollen (I look like I’m 4 months pregnant) whereas before today it wasn’t like that. I’m extremely uncomfortable and have a lot of sharp pain in my uterus if I sit wrong, get up, laugh or even try to poop (sorry if it’s too TMI). It hurts a lot. I’m so irritated. I just want to feel normal again. I’m wondering if any other ladies have experienced this at all? Please let me know in the comments!
