Breasts engorgement

I have birth 4 days ago and now my breasts are in so much pain! I tried to have my baby suck but it's hard for baby to latch on. Then I tried pumping but not a lot of milk comes out. Currently, my breasts are huge and hurting very badly. Anyone with any tips?
