Hyperemesis anyone?

So it’s 8:30 am and I’ve already had 4 sessions of violent vomiting. This is really getting to me now. I feel like today will be a bad day.
And yes, I’m already on the ondansetron/zofran 😫
Any others suffering badly with hyperemesis who would like to chat? I’m so surprised at how isolating this condition is, I can barely leave my room, and I just hope it eases off soon.

I was so sick the whole pregnancy my second and third babies. It was miserable. My second I was on zofran which did not help at all. The third it was unisom and b6 which also didnt help. I lost so much weight. Both babies were born healthy and full term. I literally had a puke bucket in every room of my house just in case. I promise it will be worth it once you hold that sweet baby❤

I’m choosing to not announce this pregnancy to extended family and friends because I have HG again. I know people mean well when they ask how I’m feeling, but I feel like sick. I’m tired of explaining what HG is, tired of hearing the ginger/peppermint recommendations, and I’m just overall angry. I found a recommended diet that has been helpful, my body is reacting to those foods a lot better. Happy to share if you need it.
I’m down for a support group because I feel like the only people that understand are women who have dealt with HG. Mentally and emotionally, I’m struggling..

I had it with my first throughout pregnancy, but it eased up towards the end. Major heartburn and nausea took over. 
I’m about to be 14weeks and still throwing up in the mornings, dependent on zofran every 5hours right now, and sometimes I take it 30m sooner if it’s coming on. My heart starts to pound, I get kinda panicky, can’t focus, start becoming aware of food around me, and realize it’s coming. 😩
I try to eat as much as possible when it’s really working in the middle, and have certain foods I can eat, mostly fruits and cheese or salads I really like. But I can’t really do anything most of the day, it takes me til noon to be able to get ready for the day, feel SO bleh and fear at any moment it could strike. No one understands and I def feel you!! So down to chat ‘cause my friends def don’t support me enough and my bf can only do so much LOL

Me, girl! 🙋 Feels so lonely when people say "everyone has morning sickness!" Except that I just puke and dry heave all day long, even after zofran sometimes. They only believe me when I tell them about needing 2 bags of IV fluids at the ER. I hope you're doing alright, I'm around to chat if you'd like. Wishing you the best of luck in your pregnancy! ❤️

With my last🤰🏽, I was so miserable and kept ending up in the er. I don't do meds but was willing to try anything to get some real relief. 💉💊NOTHING WORKED🚫.
So, I researched and meditated and was like time to think outside the box...
Had to let go of this thought process first

Then went to see an acupuncturist in my area and was like, "Okay, I'm here to be healed using traditional Chinese medicine. I trust that these age old techniques will help me."

Before the visit, from about 10 weeks until about the 20th week, I was surviving off of toast and ginger ale, but still vomiting. The thought of food made me 🤢🤮 
After the visit, I ate and drank anything I wanted to. Food became my favorite place to be again.

I was so happy and so relieved once I  relaxed and trusted this man knew what he was doing.
I love my acupuncturist!
