13 dpo strugle

I am 13dpo. I Took a pregnancy test 2 days ago (at 11dpo) and was negative. Today I used an ovulation stick as I don't have any pregnancy test and I heard it was pretty much similar, and it's negative ⛔. We are trying to conceive after a miscarriage we had on the 13 Nov😑. I had my first period on the 10th of December and so my ovulation window was on the 23 /24🎅, and we did dance quite a lot in this period💃🕺 😂. But it looks like it didn't work... Should I keep hoping, thinking that is still to early, or take it easy and wait for my period?🤷‍♀️
