Dip below cover line?

Has anyone had a cycle like this where your temp has dropped below cover line mid cycle? 
I haven’t been tracking using opks this month, just tracked bbt. I didn’t think I had ovulated because I’ve been ill but then FF gave me a cover line 🤷🏻‍♀️ thanks in advance

I don’t see sustained temp shift yet. Ovulation could have been slightly delayed bc of sickness.. 
Yesterday’s temp and today’s meet temp shift rules. If the next two temps stay above 36.65 then yes, you can confirm. If temps drops back down and Aunt Flo shows then it was probably anovulatory cycle. Best wishes
