I'm asking this because my MIL said I should.. But I have been around cats my whole life and it's not my cats fault I got pregnant.

I'm keeping my cats, I have two. Have had them for 8 and 7 years. I'm just not changing their cat litter because that's where the problem is with the possibility to get toxoplasmosis.

Don't change the litter and wash your hands after petting them. Ask your doctor to test your blood for toxoplasmosis. If you already have antibodies to it then you don't need to worry.
