Anyone else have a 3 month old that still hates tummy time? She flails her arms out behind her and cries the whole time. She lifts her head up and turns it, but wont use her arms. We try to show her to use them by putting them under her and help lift her, but it's always a fight. Any suggestions for those that have accomplished tummy time?

We have the tummy time giraffe; tummy time water mat; put her on our legs. The only thing she likes is on our chest. But still doesnt really use her arms. Help 😊
