Neighbors

So the neighbors above us are really nice. But I have a problem with the wife. I work from home and I like to listen to my music. Well she has wrote me a text saying- can you turn your music down. The funny thing is their tv has been too loud. Do I tell them to turn it down? No. So yesterday she was cleaning her house. Well her music was loud which is very interesting knowing that she has problems with my music being too loud. So I wrote her a text saying I’m okay with your music loud if your okay with mine music. She wrote back and said my husband got a new speaker for Christmas and I was testing it out. I’ve never had my music loud the whole time Ive lived in this apartment. And now you can understand what we have had to go through with your music a bit. What do I do? And how would you deal with a neighbor like this?
