Adderall and periods

Soooo please don’t judge, but for my accountings final (which I suck at) I took adderall to study the night before. I was so awake + drank 4 cups of coffee, so I ended up pulling an all nighter. I’ve had sex with condom three times in December, but my December period never came. I am now 13 days late. I was wondering if this could have delayed my period or if I’m prego. This week I have felt like my boobs are ginormous and my nipples REALLY hurt. I also feel a pulse in my aorta which I read online is a sign of pregnancy. Please help me out I think I’m going a bit insane. One little pain and I associate it to being pregnant 🤦🏽‍♀️
