Nexaplanon faux pregnancy symptoms

Have any of y’all ladies experience pregnancy symptoms on nexaplanon implant ? I’ve had mine in for 2 and a half years and the last few days I’ve been bloated, been nauseous in the morning but can’t puke, been urinating more and have food cravings. And today finally bled a little to not even fill a panty liner... after not having a period in many months... any one experience this?? Is it possible I could be pregnant? Or is the implant playing games with me. Any advice is appreciated!!
