I’ve been having pelvic pain that hurts worse when I push to go to the bathroom, also pain in my anus when I push or even when I’m not pushing just a feeling of pressure. Also bad cramping when not on my period.

It’s impossible to diagnose endometriosis on just symptoms. Based on what you’ve described it could be related to endo, or it could be an intestinal/rectal problem. The only way to diagnose endo is to have a laparoscopy to look around and see if you have endometrial tissues growing outside your uterus.
