Lactation cookies? 🍪

Has anyone made or ordered lactation cookies? I see so many adds out there for ordering ones online pre made or I’ve come across Pinterest recipes for them. Any recommendations or tips? My supply is so up and down lately and I’m doing everything I can to try and keep it up.

I never tried them with my first kid but they always seem kind of scammy to me. I ate a a lot a lot of food, drank water all day long. Oatmeal helped me a lot (cook a big batch of steel cut oats and save in portions in fridge to microwave). And know it’s not for ever, it’s just the first few months where it’s hard to keep supply up, your body kind of adjusts and it gets normal feeling. Best of luck!

I made 3 dozen Friday have helped tremendously! They are super east and delicious. My other kids kept sneaking them as well 🤣. I also take a supplement fenugreek. I am pumping as much I can to freeze and this has boosted my supply for sure!

Honestly, I’ve tried every one made in my country lol!!! They made my supply drop!!! I find eating clean, adding 4 serves of dairy a day as recommended by midwives, lot and lots of water!! And a vitamin called fenugreek boosted my supply within 24hrs :)

I made a batch at home on Friday. They are delicious. I do feel like they boosted my supply too. It’s the oats, brewers yeast, and flax seed mill that help with the supply. The brewers yeast is unflavored and can be added to smoothies or brownies or whatever really
