Avoiding induction

Due 16th .. Trying to avoid induction.. so what can i do to give birth already.. sex is not an option since poor husband didn’t get a uk visa to attend the birth... i try to walk as much as i can but im getting heavy and back hurts after a while .. what else can i do to help Little baby out 😪
