Do LH strips show if your pregnant???

Question

I tested a few days back and got a BFN and I used my last one at 10 DPO. And don’t think I’m pregnant. 
I am 13 DPO now and period is to come today but used LH test to see what would happen and I know last time near my period time there was no second line but now I tested on the day my period is due and there is a second line. 
I know if your hcg is positive it can show something on the LH test. 
And yes I know the test is negative for sure but why is it showing a line either way?? Just curious lol

You can have multiple surges throughout your cycle. It doesn’t mean anything.

Many women have an lh surge before their period, that’s why this isn’t a reliable way to detect pregnancy.

Opks always have a second line. They can show a blazing positive if you’re pregnant but lh fluctuates throughout your cycle so it doesn’t mean anything even if it was positive.

Yes & No a lot of woman a LH surge before af arrives BUT also plenty of woman has gotten a positive LH test before their AF and has ended up pregnant. Me personally I wouldn't trust it unless it's a pregnancy test. Because we end up getting our hopes up just for an LH surge possibly

Yes and no. Mine was completely negative 2 days before I got my BFP and then positive.
