We were at a nice hotel for his bday, got messed up and I fell asleep without a shirt. He took pics of me naked without my consent and just sent them to me once we had a falling out. I was not aware of this. What can I do?? What actions can I take

Tell the police. They will make him delete them. If he posts them anywhere you can sue his ass.
