Elvie vs Willow

Question

This is baby #3 and for baby #1 I used a medela for baby #2 and used a spectra that I loved. This baby I will have the spectra but I’m looking into a hands free pump. I am a medical assistant and the office I work at is very busy so it would be nice to be able to pump and worked without taking 20 min out of my day 3 times. Does anyone have any recommendations or experiences on the hands free pumps?

Willow: Wearable Breast Pump
I researched a TON and was about to buy the Elvie when Willow came out with the reusable cups and I ended up getting the Willow. My babe is 2.5 months old now and I’ve been back at work in a medical office for a week now. The Willow is quiet but my patients can hear it if no one is talking, but I love it! I used the hospital grade Medela for my first baby cranked all the way up so I knew I would need something strong to empty me, and I have been super pleased so far. I am pumping out in 15 minutes or less with the Willow more than I would get with the hospital grade pump in 30-45. totally worth the money to me with the reusable cups—but can’t speak to the Elvie. I have the Willow pump, I love it! It's quiet, efficient and the bags are truly spill-proof. I also have the reusable containers for when I'm at home. My kindred bravely nursing bra works well with the pumps.

I have both the elvie and the willow. If I only had to pick one it would be the elvie. 
Pros of elvie over willow
-lighter suction
-fast and easy to put together
-no waste
-more comfortable
-smaller
-easier measuring
-pour spout
-can control suction in the app
Cons of willow:
-I don’t feel fully expressed. (After pumping with the willow I have to hand express some ducts)
-the suction is very powerful and the lowest setting is the medium setting on the elvie. 
-the bags are an extra expense 
-you have to “flip it”, there is milk inside so when you take it off you have to be bent over forward so you don’t spill the milk then turn it wait for it to suck it up then flip it. 
-When taking it apart milk spills from the connector
-cannot wear in public (Dolly Parton) it’s much further out
-cannot control suction in the app
-the bags only show whole ounces and don’t have a line so it’s very tough to tell how much actually is in the bag. (I am pumping about 120mil each session and baby is only eating 60mil so if I had to use the bag its only part of it and it does not reseal so now I have to pour it into something else). 
Overall if I had to chose between a normal pump and hands free I would deff choose hands free. Given the option, elvie all the way!
I also was able to purchase extra storage bottles and so I can just cap them and put them right in the fridge in the containers you pump in.

I love my Elvie. I did research on both and went with Elvie for many reasons. It’s been great. It goes from stimulation mode to expression mode after 2 mins unlike willow which needs .5 ozs to switch. The containers come with willow charges 50$ for the containers. Also it is quieter and they are smaller. I’ve never had an issue with leaking and I get just as much as I do with my spectra. If you need a 25$ off coupon you can use my name (Christina Slowey)
