Sleep training - COTTS method
Has anyone tried the COTTS method?
Did it work for you and ur baby?
How old was baby when you started?
How long did it take until baby could fall asleep by himself/herself?
My baby boy is 12 weeks old at the moment and I’d like to avoid crying-it-out method later on.
