If you’re basing “ovulation week” on an app prediction the answer is yes you could get pregnant another time because the app only guesses when you will ovulate. 
So it might say you’re fertile week and ovulation were last week but you actually ovulate next week which would mean you could get pregnant outside of the predicted fertile window

No. There has to be an egg around to meet the sperm & that's a very small window. The timing of that fertile week is different for everyone though.
