Looking for advice/support since I’m losing my shit.

I have PCOS and Endometriosis, so extreme cramping is nothing new to this bod of mine. Like usual, I got cramps two days before I was suppose to start, and they’ve been intense like they usually are but there is NO bleeding. Could this possibly be extremely early pregnancy cramping?? Everything feels like a period but I just have no bleeding. 🙃 I’m currently two days late, and have an appointment set up for this up coming Friday but figured I’d reach out here as well. 🤍
