Ovulation after miscarriage

I had a miscarriage December 8 and took a opk cycle day 24 and it was positive. Can I get pregnant? My hcg was at 0 as I had blood testing done to confirm it. It’s just weird to ovulate so late but i know a miscarriage can change my cycle.
