How to tell if contractions or not?
25 weeks pregnant, been having cramps on and off all week nothing too bad. Today it’s been now around 3 hours I’ve had light cramping along with bad back pain. I believe for the past few days I may have been losing mucus plug. How do I know if they’re contractions??
