Implantation bleeding?

Hello everyone! I had a miscarriage on Nov.4th at 10 weeks and my period came back on December 13th, according to my app, I ovulated December 27th and my boyfriend and I did have unprotected sex on that day and he did finish inside of me. On January 2nd I noticed that I was spotting when I wiped. It was a very light pink color and the spotting lasted up to 4 days. I’ve been having back pain and have been breaking out a little bit as well. This has never happened to me before and I don’t want to get my hopes up and believe that I am pregnant. Is it too early to take a test?
