Trouble switching days with nights

My babies are 1 week old today.

They sleep fine during the day. We're loud and try to keep them awake.

At night we're quiet and try to keep things calm.

They cry a lot at night It can be only 20 minutes after diaper change and feeding. Although usually it's more like 1 to 1.5 hours. It seems like they're hungry all the time.

My husband thinks we should put them on a 3 hour night time feeding schedule but I'm not sure that's right to wait that long.

Granted sometimes they cry because they came out of the swaddle or want their paci but usually it's hunger.

They can go much longer during the day between feedings and I think they have day and night mixed up. Any suggestions?
