Miscarriage or period ???
I missed my period (3 weeks late) and suddenly got some very heavy pain all over my abdomen upper and lower. I went to pee and felt very constipated but started to bleed a little. It contained some small blood clots and I am in alot of pain, alot more than my usual period so I am unsure!
