Feel like ive been kicked in my pubic bone?!

Question

26 + 3 weeks, for the last 3 days i have felt like a horse has kicked my pubic bone. Not lightning crotch, just constant pain. I have to take small steps to get anywhere. Anyone else going through this? What helps?

Omg I was just like you around the same time. I’m almost 30 weeks now and still get that pain every now and then. Could be cuz baby’s head is down because now that he’s flipped and is head up I barely get the pain anymore, but what helped me was my boyfriend stretching out my legs for me. I would lay on the bed on my back and he would extend my leg straight up as far as I was able to tolerate then he would extend my leg outward to the side as far as I could. Afterwards it felt so much better.

I'm having this as well I'm 25 weeks and it's pretty dang painful sometimes it just alot of pressure other times it feels like he's going to come out when bending over , I have to lay down when it happens or it will keep happening my mom said its the baby and it's normal but I will definitely ask tomorrow at my appointment!
