Moving out advice

I’m due in March! Recently my bfs mom found an apartment for us and it’s the most ideal place however I wonder if moving now would set us back financially? My parents are toxic and we NEED to move, but I can’t help but feeling guilty ( we also found out the place is going to be available either February 1st or March 1st ) because we’ve been paying their rent and the money we’ve been giving them basically is just extra money they use for groceries and for cable, car payments but I feel with a baby we need our own space, we need privacy. My dad said when the baby is here I need to not be “selfish” and have the door open always if they want to come in to see the baby. My mom is a whole problem on her own, does things out of spite ( won’t be using the washer/dryer all day but when I do laundry needs the washer, same with the shower, complains about us not cleaning the dishes we are using after we make dinner ) itsjust not a good living environment but is moving out going to set us back even though it would give us the privacy and space we need and are going to need as a couple and new parents
