Postpartum belly?

Have your belly went back to what it was like before getting pregnant? And how much time it took for it to go back? What kind of things you tried or have done to bring it back?

No. It's more soft and has stretch marks. 
But I haven't done anything either. I can live with it.

I'm down to my pre-baby weight but where I carry the weight has been rearranged. My boobs are bigger, my stomach is a little flabbier, and my butt is smaller (not in a good way, more flat 😂). I hope with time can tighten up the stomach because it seems to be more loose skin than actual fat. I need to start trying to get muscle back with ab and butt exercises.

I’ve got an 18 month old and a 4 month old. No stretch marks and my stomach is probably flatter/ more toned than before. During pregnancy I gained weight at a steady pace. Stayed hydrated And used 100 % virgin coconut oil after every shower. I lost quite a bit with both births. I breastfed my first and am breastfeeding my 4 month old. I eat well. Stay hydrated. Still taking prenatals. I started with light yoga and stretches about 3-4 weeks pp. adding in more poses as I felt better/ was cleared by my midwife.  I also do pelvic floor exercises and butt workouts. I just squeeze it in when I can. I also have always had a fast metabolism. I was back to pre pregnancy size at about 2 months pp with both kiddos.

Mine went back to how it was within a few weeks, however I took collagen the whole time I was pregnant which helps with elasticity. I also only gained 30 lbs and I’m 5’9 so I have some room, so I don’t think I was super huge when I gave birth. I had 4 small stretch marks on my lower belly which have faded a ton by now.

I gained 55 pounds while pregnant. I have 20 still left to lose. I think if I lose 15 I’ll be happy because my boobs are still huge (34G), so I’m considering that to be a few pounds that may never come off. 😂 My tummy still looks like I’m 3/4 months pregnant but I’m hoping it will go down once I get back into an exercise routine. I lost 5 pounds recently just from dieting. I’m 3 months pp.

Mines almost back to how it was before. It didn’t change much until about 12 months pp and now I’m at 15mo pp

After my first it went back pretty quick, but I got pregnant almost right away (4ish months pp). After my second it's more loose and saggy and definitely has more stretch marks😅 I dont mind one bit though because my babies are my world and I love them so fricking much

It’s pretty flat again but it has lots of stretch marks and it’s still kind of soft, and nine months postpartum
