One of those 'baby fell' posts

Baby hit his head TWICE today... Didn't think I'd be posting one of these anytime soon but here we are. He is standing everywhere and usually I don't let him stand unsupervised on the hardwood but I was just cleaning up breakfast when I noticed he was trying to stand near the chairs. I went to grab him but it was too late. He actually hit his head on another chair on the way down (pic #1 shows the line where it hit).

Fall number 2 he was actually on the carpet and fell where the hardwood starts 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ it seems to be a bit swollen.

He did not vomit, does not seem sleepy or off. He seems normal. But I'm worried because I can see marks maybe I should go in?
