3d/4d ultrasound

So my bday is Friday one of the things I told my fiancé that I wanted was a 3d/4d ultrasound. I'm 14 weeks and 3 days on Friday I will be 15 weeks. It is too soon to get a 3d/4d ultrasound to find out the gender of my baby
