Weight loss after birth control removal

Has anyone experienced weight loss after having the implant or iud removed? I’ve gained weight after I got it I weigh 168lbs before i got the implant I weighed 132lbs I’m hoping after I remove it I’ll be able to lose weight easily. Anyone have any experience with that?
