My husband was talking to a custodian at school who used to take care of his twelve year old autistic nephew. The nephew moved back in with his parents once the dad was released from jail and the mom uses drugs. Apparently the aunt and uncle gave their nephew gifts for Christmas, but his mom returned them to get money for drugs. All my husband knows is the nephew’s first name and what school he goes to based off conversations. Can you report something like this to CPS? I don’t know what kind of drugs the mom uses. If it can be reported, what kind of details would they need since we only know the child’s first name and the school he goes to. I’m also not sure if this is under the correct topic.
