Help heartbroken
What could be the cause of chemical pregnancies? This is my second one I found out I was pregnant Jan 1st with blood work started cramping and bleeding yesterday. Went to the this morning to find out I had a miscarriage. I would have been 4weeks 5 days today. So heartbroken I feel like I’ll never be able to hold a pregnancy again.
