Recommendations for covering a scar with makeup

I am getting married in one week. I have a large incision scar on the back of my arm (on my tricep) and I was wondering if anyone could recommend a way to cover it. Of course I don’t want to get makeup on my dress, but it’s in a spot where my tricep shouldn’t rub on clothing.
