I’m letting my brother and SIL stay with me until they get on their feet. Recently she asked me to take her to work since she didn’t have that much money for a Uber, but I told her No, because i had to cook dinner so when my husband gets home he can eat and then we needed to go out and he had a 24 hour shift to do the next day, and she needed to be taken at 10:15PM. I have my husband and my kids to attend to before her so it was a no... Anyways out of spite and pettiness she has been leaving my front door unlocked all week. She will not say anything to anyone. My brother took over my husbands key so she would usually tell me “hey come lock the door” but now she doesn’t say a word just leaves. She left the door unlocked when me and my husband were out and never texted or anything. No one knows when she works because it’s not a set schedule so I’m constantly getting up to make sure we are protected. (She just started this job because she bounces from job to job) I am usually always upstairs so I never know when someone’s leaves or comes in, because at night I’m getting kids ready for bed. Now I do not want to let her see she is getting on my nerves, because that is what she is trying to do. I guess I’m just venting because that is disrespectful to leave my door unlocked where my kids are sleeping and what if someone were to break in and rob us? Like seriously over pettiness. She would also leave my 1 cup in the sink and only wash her 1 dishes Or will leave my 1 year old spoon and wash her dishes from her cooking. So she is wasting my soap?? Just so I have to resoap for a spoon? I’m so over her pettiness, but in all honestly I know what she is trying to do which is start a argument, but I want her to see what she doesn’t bother me with her childish moves. Like seriously.
