Second Round...Cysts

So we started fertility treatments last month...Letrozole, timed intercourse, and Ultrasound monitoring.

I got my period... So I went in for an ultrasound today to start the next round of things but I had several cysts. So my doctor prescribed 6 days of Birth Control to help get rid of them and said for me to come back in in two weeks.

Anyone done this? Are the BCPs gonna eff with my cycle? How does that work?? I like this practice but the doctor doesn't spend a ton of time explaining which is proving to be frustrating...
