Nausea already?

I'm only 3 weeks 2 days and feeling a bit nauseous and dizzy. Is this too early for symptoms?

Giiiirl, I'm right there with you! I had an MC in September and I didn't have as nearly as much nausea as I did with this one. Although I haven't gotten a positive back yet I am 100% that I am pregnant. (I tested 6 and 7 dpo - super early) but I'll be testing tomorrow and I'm almost positive that shit coming back positive!
I've also had food adversions - otanis is my favorite food however when I was eating tonight I just couldn't stand the smell. 
My boobs feel like their on fire it's unreal. Really bad bloating and also indigestion and headaches out the ass. It sucks!
