First Doctors Appointment - What to ask?

I have my first doctors appointment for fertility issues next week, I've been TTC for 2 years with no luck and a very irregular period.
Just wondering for any advice on what to say or ask for?
Best medication for fertility in UK etc.

For my first appointment I had a notebook with me with a list of questions and facts. She’ll want to know how long you’ve been ttc, the timing of your intercourse each cycle, if you’re tracking with OPKs (and if you get a surge every month or not), any tests you’ve had done, supplements you’re taking, etc. 
I asked about the standard protocol, and I already knew I wanted to try either Clomid or Letrozole before moving onto IUI or IVF. I told her we were okay with multiples, even though it wasn’t ideal for us. I also told her we want at least 2 more children, so if we do IVF we’d want to freeze any extra embryos. I also made it clear that we didn’t want to use donor eggs, embryos, or sperm. 
She suggested Letrozole for me instead of Clomid because it has fewer side effects and can be used longer without affecting your lining. She also suggested weekly acupuncture to regulate my hormones. I don’t know the protocol in the UK, but at my clinic they make you do a billion tests before starting treatments (mammogram if over 35, HSG, full panel bloodwork with added communicables, semen dna fragmentation test and regular semen analysis, updated physical exams and Pap smear, genetic tests).
