Don’t think I ovulated

So can someone please explain what’s going on? I do my bbt temp almost everyday and I was originally supposed to ovulate today from this app but when I entered my temp today my ovulation day changed. My boobs don’t hurt and this would have been my 3rd month of a regular cycles or I was hoping a pregnancy. I do ovulation strips but not everyday too. I’m going to PCP tomorrow but I know I need to go to a OB/GYN. What are y’all thoughts? What kind of TX can I get at a PCP for infertility or do I just need to go to to a gyno? 1st pic is glow app and the last 2 are premom app.
