I hate my periods

Whenever I'm on my period (normally the first few days) I have horrible horrible cramps, which is normal, but I also have sharp pains and cramp whenever I go for a poop. It's literal agony and makes me not want to go, but then it still hurts just as bad. WHAT DO I DOOO
