So I'm 7DPO today. And since about 5DPO I've been super nauseous. And saturday(very little) but yesterday the most I was having slight cramps. I also started having some heart burn late yesterday and still have it today. I've been eating a little more than usual(my fiancé pointed it out). And my boobs and nipples are sore. Before my period out of all of these only my boobs get sore.  Could these be early signs of pregnancy?
