Always pee after! Even if you don't feel like you have to, I always do now cause I got UTI's all the time.

It prevents UTIs. It really does... When we first started having sex, I was always getting UTIs. And had no idea why. I was only 18, and didn't know you are supposed to urniate after sex. After I started urinating after sex, I never got another UTI. Unless I forgot to urniate afterwards, then I would get one. You should do it everytime. Regardless of wearing a condom or not, that doesn't make a difference.

Its is a really good way of preventing urine infections. I'm really prone to them and suffer badly with them but since being more careful about what I use and peeing after sex it definitely helped! Haven't had one in a couple of years!
