I started bleeding really heavily around 13.30 today with lots of clots and I'm changing my pad nearly every hour. According to Glow I will only be 3 weeks pregnant. I really don't know what to do or how to feel right now, the cramps are heavy and consistent likewise with the bleeding. I've had two previous MC- one at 9 weeks and the other at 7 weeks. I had a positive pregnancy test on 10/13. Please help :(
