Ok sorry this is gonna be a long story!

Had spontaneous twins in 2012. Csection.

Started trying to get pregnant again January 2018. (It’s been 2 years and nothing)

HSG Normal, preliminary labs normal, waiting on results of some more in depth labs. Seamen analysis normal.

Get my period regular every 26 or so days. OPK’s consistently positive on day 12-14 give or take. EWCM usually the day before positive OPK. Cramps consistently day after positive OPK.

Clomid and letrozole tried both 3 cycles each and nothing. It did lengthen my cycle by a few days.

Now I am off medication and getting started at a new OBGYN. Have gotten ultrasounds on day 3, 12, and upcoming one on day 15. Lining and follicles so far have looked great. The ultrasound tech said that one follicle had ruptured (coinciding with me thinking I ovulated on day 12). The nurse I saw made it sound like there were more follicles growing so I am being re scanned on cd15 Thursday. Could it be possible I haven’t ovulated yet even though I had all the major signs of it? She said the follicles weren’t big enough yet (10-12 mm) so if I did ovulate they wouldn’t be big enough to be fertilized. I am just so confused! Because if I ovulate again when they are bigger then I am worried that my cycle is too short. I have only been seeing the nurse when I go in for the scans so I haven’t been able to ask the doctor these questions yet, but planning to on Thursday. Thanks for listening!
