Please advise! What to do I’m going crazy with stress.

I had my LMP on November 12th I have 34 day cycles. I got my BFP on December 9th. Had my first ultrasound on Jan 6th at 8 weeks. They saw a sac and egg yoke but no embryo or heartbeat. Tested my hcg it’s at 19k. My TSH (thyroid ) was at 3.5 so I’m going on levothyroxine (25mg). Do you all think I’m miscarrying I just went through this in October. I’m so scared. Having another ultrasound next week and hcg again tomorrow.
