11dpo....unusual spytoms for me

Just wondering if anybody else has experienced what I I will try to describe I'm 11DPOAF du Friday have a fullness or pressure feeling in my lower back and lower abdomen almost like cramps but not .cm is dry to the point that it's almost uncomfortable and was uncomfortable during relations last night. never had this before. I'm in a triphasic pattern with temps this cycle but the last 2 days my temps have gone down a little bit I was still positive for progesterone this morning... any thoughts
